Our mission

About Her Guide

We believe every girl and woman deserves to understand her body, recognize what's normal, and feel confident advocating for her health.

Why we exist

Her Guide is a lifelong women's health roadmap — part trusted physician, part mentor, part older sister. We explain what's normal, help you recognize what isn't, and prepare you for what's next, always with compassion and never with fear.

This is not a symptom checker or a telehealth service. It's a calm, reliable place to learn and to build the confidence to ask good questions.

How our content is reviewed

Every page is designed for review by qualified clinicians. We show the last review date, the reviewer, the strength of evidence, and references — so you always know where information comes from. (Reviewer names shown across the site are placeholders pending formal medical review.)
