Endometriosis
Severe period pain is not something to just live with. Endometriosis is real, common, and treatable.
Overview
What is happening?
Endometriosis occurs when tissue similar to the uterine lining grows outside the uterus, often causing painful periods, pain during sex, and sometimes fertility challenges. It's common — and frequently under-recognized.
If pain is disrupting your life, that's reason enough to seek answers. Diagnosis can take time, so self-advocacy matters. Effective treatments exist.
